answer to the arguments for the separation of the North Caucasus:

1. Restoring order in the Caucasus should not be done by military means. Need to competently combine the power methods to economic and social measures - job creation, etc. In this case the costs would be immeasurably less than the separation and deportation that no incidents not get along.
